  • Where is my order?

    Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number. You can track your order by looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website.

  • When will my plants ship?

    Plants ordered Wednesday - Saturday ship the nearest Monday or Tuesday. Plants ordered Sunday - Tuesday ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

  • I need a heat pack, how do I add one?

    Search “Winter Protection” in the search bar. With winter protection, we will add a heat pack and thermal insulation to your package to give plants extra protection from the cold.

  • Will I receive the exact plant pictured?

    We are big fans of the phrase “Under Promise and Over Deliver”. Each plant will be listed as EXACT PLANT or GROWER’S CHOICE. For GROWER’S CHOICE - Each plant varies in size and color, but we did our best to take a picture of what you could expect to receive.

  • Where are my plants shipping from?

    Our shipping facility is located in Upper Chichester, PA. #DELCO

  • Why are some leaves yellow or drooping?

    Keep in mind these are living plants. Because of this, they may experience stress due to shipping. Yellowing leaves are totally normal as the plant sends nourishment to it’s roots; some leaves may even drop off. Provide a deep watering on day 2 after arrival. This should resolve once the plant gets acclimated to your home.

  • Can I pick my plants up instead?

    Absolutely! After selecting “Local Pickup” at checkout, you must schedule an appointment to pick up your plants. We will hold your plants for up to 3 days and allow for 1 pickup reschedule. If your plants are not picked up within 3 days of purchase, we reserve the right to refund your order minus a $5 restocking fee.

  • What is your replacement policy?

    We strive to always ship our healthiest plants. On rare occasions, we experience problems with our deliveries, and usually they have to do with our delivery carrier. No matter the reason, if you're not completely satisfied with your plant or you feel your plant has a problem, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival with a picture of the damage. We will do our best to help out and make it right. See Our Policies for further description.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
